If a style is discontinued with limited sizing, or we are completely sold out of just your your size, it is also possible to check for any press/display samples available for a discount.
Shipping/Exchange
Orders submitted will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of order date, with the exception of holidays and noted warehouse maintenance weeks where orders may experience a delay of up to a week. Please email us at info@loveheylady.com or call 650-924-8658 for urgent deliveries.
We accept merchandise in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of order date. Please note there is a 15% restock fee for all returns that is waived for exchanges. Please notify us PRIOR to sending any items back to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION # for any exchange/returns. Samples and promotions are final sale.
